These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of Amalgamated Building Solutions Pty Ltd’s (‘we’, ‘our’, ‘us’) services and website. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide real-life carpentry and renovation services. Our ability to complete services depends on clients providing sufficient and accurate information with good climate conditions. We are not liable for delays or incomplete work caused by insufficient client information, or weather delays.

2. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash, with invoices issued prior to payment. Renovations and large jobs require a 20% deposit and progress payments. If a client requests a refund after a project has begun, the refund will exclude the cost of any materials purchased to that date.

3. Warranties & Liability

Bathroom, kitchen, and laundry renovations include a 7-year warranty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances, delays, or third-party contractor issues.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including images, website information, branding, and materials on our website, are the intellectual property of Amalgamated Building Solutions Pty Ltd. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to attempt mediation before proceeding to litigation.

7. Website Use

Users must not misuse our website. Copying, scraping, or unauthorized use of our content will result in legal liability.
